Job summary

Asplundh Careers seeks a Foreperson to ensure daily crew productivity and safety compliance. You will coordinate with management on hiring needs, plan work, and mentor crew members, ensuring quality performance and customer satisfaction on utility and construction sites.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, and adapt to field requirements with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies; conducts safety trainings.
