Job summary

Asplundh is seeking a Foreperson in Colorado to lead daily crew operations, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety compliance on job sites. You will mentor staff, manage training, and liaise with customers and property owners to arrange access and scope of work.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to field conditions. CDL and driving responsibilities are essential, with expectations to maintain high safety standards and performance.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multi-tasking capability.
• Ability to adapt to field requirements and act independently without close supervision.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safety practices per company policies and OSHA requirements; conducts safety training.
• Discusses access, power interruption, and work scope with property owners; resolves issues or escalates as needed.
• Obtains permissions from property owners to perform required work.
• Maintains good customer relations through efficient completion of work and appropriate crew behavior.
