Job summary

Asplundh Careers is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, coordinate work, enforce safety protocols, and train staff on new tasks. You will communicate with property owners and supervisors to ensure timely, compliant work at various sites.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and a CDL, with strong leadership and organizational skills. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits and potential storm-work travel.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work after orders.
• Opts field training and enforces safe work practices per policy.
• Communicates with property owners about access and work scope.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew performance reports.
• Investigates minor incidents and reports to supervisors.
