Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch labor crews for eviction services across multiple locations
• Act as the primary point of contact for field crews, property managers, and clients during active job windows
• Confirm job schedules with labor teams and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Monitor job progress, track completion status, and collect required reports and photographs
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve field issues such as delays, access challenges, or crew availability concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to job activity, labor hours, and service outcomes
• Communicate professionally via phone and email to confirm logistics, respond to inquiries, and provide status updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between operations, billing, and client expectations
• Support post-job activities, including documentation, reporting, and follow-up coordination
