Qualifications

• Proficient with scheduling/dispatch software and general technology comfort.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, digital calendars, and shared task management tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch labor crews for eviction services across multiple locations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for field crews, property managers, and clients during active job windows.
• Confirm job schedules with labor teams and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Monitor job progress, track completion status, and collect required reports and photographs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues such as delays, access challenges, or crew availability concerns.
• Maintain accurate records related to job activity, labor hours, and service outcomes.
• Communicate professionally via phone and email to confirm logistics, respond to inquiries, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align operations, billing, and client expectations.
• Support post-job activities, including documentation, reporting, and follow-up coordination.
