Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Field Office Manager for the McIntosh, AL project. The role oversees jobsite accounting, payroll, and various administrative functions to support project staff on-site.

You will manage AP/AR, job cost ledgers, and change orders, ensuring accurate reporting and timely owner billings. Collaboration with the Project Manager is essential to keep subcontractors’ bonds, insurance, and paperwork current.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience in an industrial/construction setting.
• Experience with TRACK or CATS accounting software.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage jobsite accounts payable/receivable and payroll administration.
• Oversee job cost accounting and change order accounting.
• Process invoices and pay requests from suppliers and subcontractors with proper backups.
• Prepare and submit monthly pay requests in accordance with contract terms.
• Maintain project cost ledgers and ensure correct coding and timely payments.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure bonding/insurance on file for subs.
