Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking an experienced Field Office Manager for projects in the St. Gabriel, LA area. The role provides direction and control over jobsite accounting, payroll and administrative support to sustain project staff.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, job cost accounting, change orders, owner billings, and payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of TRACK and/or CATS accounting software.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee jobsite accounting, payroll, AP/AR, and insurance administration.
• Prepare and submit monthly pay requests; manage field payroll.
