Austin Industrial is seeking a Field Office Manager to provide overall direction for jobsite accounting, payroll, and administrative support across projects.

You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, job-cost ledgers, subcontractor pay, insurance documents, and reporting, coordinating with the Project Manager to keep costs on track.

Candidates should have 3+ years industrial accounting experience, proficiency with TRACK or CATS, and strong MS Office skills. ESOP benefits apply.

• Knowledge of TRACK or CATS accounting software.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

• Process invoices and pay requests from suppliers/subcontractors.
• Maintain project job-cost ledgers and cost coding.
• Support monthly job status reports and owner billings.
