Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc.—ICSolutions (ICS) seeks a Field Tech to repair and install network devices for inmate phone systems across correctional facilities. This role requires extensive travel to multiple sites within designated regions and involves assembling and configuring network equipment for the inmate phone system and related components.

Primary duties include site walk-throughs, component repairs or replacements, and ensuring reliable operation of the inmate communications network under

Qualifications

• Must have T-1 and analog circuit repair knowledge.
• Must have excellent working knowledge of multiple network disciplines and perform advanced network diagnostics.
• Must be able to develop good working relationships with facility personnel.
• Field Techs perform installations at the new site and repair/replace components in inmate phone systems.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace components on inmate phone system devices at correctional facilities.
• Perform walk-throughs of facilities to assess network equipment needs.
• Install network equipment for inmate phone systems and related add-ons.
• Travel extensively to multiple sites per state/county contracts.
• Perform ongoing servicing and maintenance as directed by the business needs.
