Job summary

Ledcor Group seeks a Field Operations Technician to support restoration, maintenance, and installation of ISP/OSP networking equipment. You will perform MACD moves and test circuits at customer sites, delivering high-quality service.

Requirements include 5+ years in telecommunications, ability to work independently in the field, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Travel with a company vehicle and on-call hours are required.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in telecommunications, business installation and service.
• Customer-focused approach with integrity, empathy and sincerity.
• Technical college degree is valued but not required; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience working in the field independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide elite customer service experience to all clients on-site.
• De-escalate customer concerns professionally.
• Install and repair internet, copper and fiber cabling, routers, and demarcation extensions on customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues such as cabling, card swaps, and data circuits.
• Maintain Ledcor safety program while using vehicles, tools, and equipment.
