Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Field Operations Technician to perform MACD tasks, install and repair ISP/OSP equipment, and test circuits at customer sites across North America. You will combine technical skill with strong customer service to ensure reliable connectivity and satisfaction.

On-call evenings and weekends, travel with company vehicle, and physical work in varying weather are required, with focus on safety and clear communication while de-escalating issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, business installation and service.
• Customer-facing, with integrity, empathy and sincerity.
• Technical college degree valued but not required; equivalent experience may suffice.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide elite customer service experience at all touchpoints.
• De-escalate customer concerns professionally.
• Install and repair internet, copper and fiber cabling, routers at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues such as install cable runs and circuit data needs.
• Maintain Ledcor's safety program while using vehicles, tools and equipment.
