Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications, business installation and service for electronics, appliances, security, or cabling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to every client.
• Resolve issues calmly with effective de-escalation techniques.
• Install and repair internet services, copper and fiber cabling, demarc extensions, and rack-mounted networking gear.
• Diagnose problems and implement solutions; run new cable and replace hardware as needed.
• Follow safety standards and proper use of vehicles, tools and equipment.
