Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Field Operations Technician in Denver to install, repair, configure, and test MACD on telecom equipment, while ensuring top-notch customer service. You will work with Nokia, Infinera, and Ciena gear and support fiber, copper, voice, and data services.

Qualifications

Five+ years of telecommunications installation and service experience.
Customer-focused approach with integrity and de-escalation skills.
Degree or diploma from a technical college preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Experience working in the field independently.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service experience to every client.
Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally using de-escalation techniques.
Perform on-site installation and repair of internet services, copper and fiber cabling, demarc extensions, and rack-mounted networking equipment.
Diagnose technical problems and implement solutions, including running new cable, replacing hardware components, and installing data circuits for internet connectivity.
Follow Ledcor’s safety standards and ensure proper use of vehicles, tools, and equipment at all times.
