Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications and related installation/service.
• Strong customer-focused approach with integrity and empathy.
• Degree or technical college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer-focused service
• Resolve issues with de-escalation techniques
• On-site installation and repair of internet, copper and fiber cabling
• Diagnose problems and implement solutions for MACD and circuits
