Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or related fields.
• Customer-focused approach with professional conduct.
• Degree or diploma from a technical college preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service on-site.
• Perform installation and repair of internet services, copper and fiber cabling, and rack-mounted networking equipment.
• Diagnose problems and implement solutions including new cable runs and hardware replacements.
• Follow safety standards and use vehicles, tools, and equipment properly.
