Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in telecommunications, business installation and service for electronics, appliances, security or cabling.
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong customer focus and integrity.
• Degree or diploma from a technical college preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience working in the field independently in dynamic environments.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service to every client.
• Resolve issues calmly using de-escalation techniques.
• Onsite installation and repair of internet services, copper and fiber cabling, demarc extensions, and rack-mounted networking equipment.
• Diagnose problems and implement solutions, including wiring, hardware replacement, and data circuit installation.
• Follow Ledcor safety standards and proper use of vehicles, tools, and equipment.
