Job summary

Golden State Water Company is seeking a Field Customer Service Specialist in San Dimas, CA. The role focuses on resolving field service issues, meter reads, and ensuring accurate billing through CC&B and related systems.

The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to train field staff while managing time effectively. This on-site role supports the supervisor and CSA teams in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates preferred.
• Five years of field operations or customer service experience.
• Experience with meter-to-cash processes or related systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Field Customer Service Supervisor on training and scheduling.
• Review meter read exceptions and field activity backlogs for timely resolution.
• Validate daily worklists and ensure CC&B updates are current.
• Investigate meter discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
• Support training for field staff and assist with escalated customer issues.
• Participate in QA testing for system fixes and new processes.
