Job summary

Golden State Water Company is seeking a Specialist to ensure reliable and timely resolution of field customer service requests, meter reading issues, and related billing processes. You will work with CSA staff, review meter read data, and coordinate with vendors to maintain accuracy and service quality.

The role emphasizes training, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support water operations and customer service delivery across California.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Five years' experience in field operations or customer service with meter-to-cash expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Field Customer Service Supervisor in meter reading and field activity backlog review.
• Review meter read exceptions and ensure timely resolution by CSA staff.
• Validate timely completion of daily worklists and update CC&B accordingly.
• Research and resolve meter discrepancies for accurate billing.
• Assist in training for meter readers and CSA field staff.
