Job summary

Golden State Water Company is seeking a Field Customer Service Specialist to ensure timely resolution of field service requests and accurate billing. You will work with CSA and CSC staff, review meter read data, and support training for meter readers and field staff in CC&B, KloudGin and FCS Itron systems.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates preferred.
• Five years’ experience in field operations or customer service with meter-to-cash knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day field customer service support and staff training.
• Review meter read exceptions and field activity backlogs for timely resolution.
• Ensure accurate CC&B data entry for new meters and changes.
• Investigate meter discrepancies to ensure accurate billing.
• Support training for meter readers and field staff.
