NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to prospect and meet small business owners in the field, delivering a concise NFIB presentation and closing memberships in a single visit.

You’ll operate in a hunter/closer role with a proven sales process, earning commissions, bonuses, and uncapped earning potential while benefiting from comprehensive W-2 benefits.

Most of the time you’ll be in the local market, traveling to meet owners and grow NFIB membership with a mission-driven focus.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• This is a hunter/closer role with a structured sales model.

Responsabilités

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5‑minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
