NFIB seeks an in-field Membership Sales Representative to engage small business owners in your local area and grow NFIB membership. You’ll deliver a concise, compelling NFIB presentation and close enrollments on-site.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Mission-driven with a strong work ethic and coachable mindset.
• Willingness to travel within local markets for face-to-face meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners in-person in the local market.
• Deliver NFIB’s proven 5-minute sales presentation with confidence.
• Build rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and persuasively.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
