NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative in the United States, with approximately 95% of time spent in the field in your local market. You will meet small business owners face-to-face, delivering NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation and closing enrollments in a single visit.

This hunter/closer role offers a hybrid environment, strong income potential, and a structured sales model with ongoing training and rewards.

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
