You’ll deliver a concise five-minute presentation, build rapport, and close enrollments with a proven sales process. Expect performance-based pay, weekly commissions, and uncapped earning potential in a field-driven, flexible, mission-focused role.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to work in-field with local small business owners.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s proven 5-minute sales presentation with confidence and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and clearly communicate NFIB’s mission.
• Address objections and close memberships in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
