You will be part of a hybrid work model, spending most time in the local market and meeting entrepreneurs face-to-face, with a focus on growth and impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
