Qualifications

• Owned a business or led a department and took accountability.
• Strong persistence to conduct in-person cold calls and build rapport with small business owners.
• Willingness to learn and master a proven sales model.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on NFIB's protections in Washington, D.C. and in state capitals.
