National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to advance small business membership. This hunter/closer role emphasizes field-based work, face-to-face interaction with owners, and delivering a concise, proven sales presentation.

You will drive membership growth through a structured sales model while benefiting from training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission/bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to own and drive results.
• Strong persistence to conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and build instant rapport.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales model with ongoing improvement.
• Ability to drive membership growth through a structured sales process and advocacy.
• Tech fluency to utilize digital sales tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person meetings with small business owners in your market.
• Master and deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation to prospects.
• Close memberships on the spot using an assumptive one-call close.
• Educate owners on NFIB's advocacy and protections in Washington, D.C. and state capitals.
