National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership through in-person engagement with small business owners in local markets. You will present our proven sales pitch, enroll new members, and handle on-the-spot payments while advocating NFIB’s policy work in DC and at the state capitals.

This hunter/closer role offers a hybrid work model, dedicated training, and uncapped commissions with full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our proven, 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on how NFIB protects their rights in Washington, DC, and state capitals.
