Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks an energetic Membership Sales Specialist to drive new member enrollments at events, trade shows, and partner sites with hybrid branch support in the Dallas area.

You will engage audiences one-on-one, explain benefits and pricing, and build lasting relationships while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

This role requires travel, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a strong commitment to customer service at public venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside face-to-face consumer sales
• Experience in event-based sales or promotions a plus
• Ability to travel within state and out of state

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and related services at community events, retail partner sites, festivals, fairs, and pop-up locations
• Engage consumers one-on-one using a confident, friendly, and persuasive sales approach
• Explain membership benefits, pricing, and value propositions to drive immediate enrollments
• Serve as a brand ambassador while representing the organization in high-traffic public environments
• Set up, operate, and break down promotional booths and displays at off-site events
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Use consultative and needs-based selling techniques to close individual transactions
• Generate cross-sell leads for additional products and services
• Accurately document sales, leads, and customer interactions using company systems
• Participate in local marketing and awareness efforts through community outreach
• Build rapport and long-term relationships to support renewals, referrals, and brand loyalty
• Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to support promotions, campaigns, and event execution
