AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a high-energy Membership Sales Specialist to drive new member enrollments through face-to-face engagement at events, pop-up sites, and partner locations. The role includes several DFW branch sites and a hybrid work structure with weekly branch presence.

The MSS will serve as a brand ambassador, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to execute promotions and campaigns in dynamic public settings.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel within state and out of state.
• 1–3 years in retail, consumer, or event-based sales preferred.
• Experience in membership, subscription, wireless, or brand sales is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel required).
• Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in selling state.
• Comfort using tablets, mobile devices, or point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and related services at community events, retail partner sites, festivals, fairs, and pop-up locations.
• Engage consumers one-on-one with a confident, friendly sales approach.
• Explain membership benefits, pricing, and value propositions to drive enrollments.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in high-traffic public environments.
• Set up, operate, and break down promotional booths at off-site events.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Document sales, leads, and interactions using company systems.
• Support local marketing and awareness efforts through community outreach.
