Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Membership Sales Specialist to drive new member enrollments at community events, festivals, and partner sites. The role blends outside field sales with local branch support, requiring high energy and exceptional interpersonal skills.

You will engage prospects on-site, explain membership benefits and pricing, and close immediate enrollments while representing the AAA brand at dynamic public events.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel within state and out of state.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail, consumer, or event-based sales preferred.
• Experience in membership, subscription, wireless, or brand sales is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if event travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and related services at community events, retail partner sites, festivals, fairs, and pop-up locations.
• Engage consumers one-on-one with a confident, friendly, and persuasive sales approach.
• Explain benefits, pricing, and value propositions to drive enrollments.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in high-traffic public environments.
• Set up, operate, and break down promotional booths at off-site events.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Close transactions using consultative, needs-based selling techniques.
