Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a high‑energy Membership Sales Specialist to drive new member enrollments at community events, trade shows, and promotional activations. The role is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week at a AAA Branch, with frequent evenings, weekends and holidays based on event schedules.

The MSS will engage prospects face to face, explain benefits, pricing and value, and close memberships while representing the AAA brand in busy public environments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail, consumer, or event‑based sales preferred.
• Travel within state and out of state may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in selling state.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships at events, partner sites, and pop‑ups.
• Engage consumers one‑on‑one to enroll on the spot.
• Explain benefits, pricing, and value propositions to drive enrollments.
• Serve as brand ambassador in high‑traffic environments.
• Set up and break down promotional booths at events.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Use consultative selling to close transactions.
• Document sales, leads, and interactions in company systems.
• Support community outreach and promotions.
