Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a high-energy Membership Sales Specialist to drive new member enrollments at trade shows, expos, and large public events. The role blends field outreach with occasional branch presence, acting as a brand ambassador in busy, community settings.

You will engage customers face-to-face, explain benefits and pricing, and work toward immediate enrollments while coordinating with teams on campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong outside and face-to-face consumer sales experience.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, public environments.
• Willing to travel within and outside the state.
• Experience with memberships, subscriptions, or brand sales is a plus.
• Comfort using tablets, mobile devices, or POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships at community events, fairs, and pop-up locations.
• Engage individuals one-on-one to drive immediate enrollments.
• Explain benefits, pricing, and value propositions.
• Set up and break down promotional booths at events.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Document sales and leads in company systems.
• Collaborate with teams on promotions and events.
