Qualifications

• Owned a business, ran a department, or managed a territory as if it were your own.
• Professional persistence to conduct face-to-face cold calls and build rapport with small business owners.
• Fast learner who thrives on mastering a proven sales model.
• You’re driven to grow NFIB by advocating for small business interests.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• Master and deliver NFIB's 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close enrollments with an assumptive one-call close and on-the-spot payments.
• Educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
