National Federation of Independent Business is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow NFIB membership by engaging independently owned small businesses in field settings across local markets. This role emphasizes face-to-face meetings, relationship building, and a proven sales process.

As a Hunter/Closer, you will deliver an effective 5-minute NFIB presentation, enroll new members, and process payments on the spot, while advocating NFIB protections in Washington, DC and state capitals.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial experience or ownership is valued.
• Ability to sustain persistence and build rapport face-to-face.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales model.
• Ability to advocate for members and explain NFIB value.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB presentation: master and deliver a concise 5-minute sales pitch.
• The Close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
