Qualifications

• Owned a business or led a team with full accountability for results.
• Ability to conduct in-person cold calls and build instant rapport.
• Fast learner who masters a proven, structured sales model.

• Comfortable with uncapped commission and performance-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Deliver NFIB presentation in a tight 5-minute script.
• Close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
