National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to drive field-based membership growth across local markets. You will meet small business owners face-to-face, enroll new members, and represent NFIB’s mission in your community.

As a Hunter/Closer, you’ll deliver a concise, proven sales presentation, close memberships on the spot, and explain how NFIB protects small business rights in DC and state capitals. Training and full benefits support your success.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, relational, and coaching mindset with a drive to grow NFIB membership.
• Ability to persist in person-to-person meetings and build rapport with small business owners.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales model with continuous improvement.
• Motivation to advocate for small business rights in DC and state capitals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person cold calls to meet small business owners in the local market.
• Master and deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation to prospects.
• Close enrollments and process membership payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy efforts and rights protections.
