Job summary

National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership through face-to-face meetings with small business owners in your local market. The role requires traveling in the field, closing memberships, and representing NFIB’s mission in Washington, DC and state capitals.

You will receive paid training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission and bonus plan.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our success-proven, 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• The Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on how NFIB protects their rights in Washington, D.C., and your state capital.
