Qualifications

• Owned a business, managed a department, or led a territory with accountability for results.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face cold calls and build rapport with small business owners.
• Valuing continuous improvement and a proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Hunter/Closer role: grow NFIB membership in your local market.
• Prospecting: in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Deliver NFIB's 5-minute sales presentation and enroll new members.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy in DC and state capitals.
