NFIB is looking for an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership by meeting small business owners in the field. This hunter/closer role offers a hybrid work setup with most time spent in the local market. You will receive comprehensive training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission and bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial background or ownership/leadership experience.
• Ability to build rapport with small business owners in person.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales process.
• Advocacy mindset: protect and grow NFIB member rights.

Responsabilités

• Prospect in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB's 5-minute sales presentation to close members.
• Close memberships and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy at DC and state capitals.
