National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate. This field-driven role centers on growing NFIB membership through in-person engagement with small business owners, largely in the local market.

You’ll operate in an in-field environment, not tied to a single office, with a focus on outcomes and relationship-building. You’ll participate in full benefits, paid training, and an uncapped commission/bonus plan while advancing NFIB’s mission to protect small

Qualifications

• Own or led a business or territory with accountability.
• Ability to cold call face-to-face and build rapport with owners.
• Fast learner who masters a proven, structured sales model.
• Experience with or willingness to use digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• Close memberships and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy at national and state levels.
