You will travel locally, present to owners, enroll members, and explain NFIB protections at the federal and state levels. The position offers paid training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission/bonus plan.

Qualifikationen

• Owns or managed a business or territory with accountability for results.
• Able to conduct face-to-face meetings with small business owners.
• Fast learner who thrives on a proven sales model.
• Background in Sales, Military Leadership, Education, Small Business Ownership, or similar is valued.

• Prospecting: in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation to potential members.
• Close deals with an assumptive one-call close and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB protections in Washington, D.C. and state capitals.
