Qualifications

• Owned a business, ran a department, or managed a territory with accountability.
• Face-to-face cold calling and rapport-building with small business owners.
• Fast learner who thrives on a proven, structured sales model.
• Drive to grow NFIB membership and advocate for small business interests.

Responsibilities

• Prospect by conducting in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Deliver NFIB's 5-minute sales presentation confidently.
• Close memberships with an assumptive one-call close and on-the-spot payments.
• Advocate for owners by explaining NFIB's protections in Washington, D.C. and state capitals.
