National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to drive field sales and grow NFIB membership across the community. This role thrives on in-field face-to-face engagement with small business owners and a proven, structured sales model.

You will operate in a high-velocity, field-based environment with a strong emphasis on closing, advocacy, and delivering NFIB’s value proposition.

Qualifications

• Owns a business, department, or territory with accountability.
• Resilience to handle objections and close in field.
• Fast learner with a proven sales model.
• Experience in Sales, Military Leadership, Education, Small Business Ownership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Master and deliver our 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close memberships with on-the-spot payments.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy and rights.
