You will operate on an uncapped commission plan, supported by comprehensive training and full benefits. This full‑time field role offers a structured playbook and a flexible schedule to optimize field productivity.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in‑person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our 5‑minute verbatim sales presentation.
• The Close: Use an assumptive one‑call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
