Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably local/field marketing or franchising.
• Strong communication and consultation skills for franchise Owners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple markets and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local marketing partner for a regional portfolio of Primrose Schools.
• Collaborate with Franchise Owners to build annual marketing plans and allocate local budget.
• Execute programs to drive enrollment and maintain brand standards.
• Provide guidance, tools, and support to grow schools and monitor spend pacing.
