Job summary

Primrose School Franchising, a leading early childhood education franchise, seeks a Marketing Manager for School Development. You will shape marketing strategy, develop messaging, and enable franchise sales and real estate teams to convert prospects into owners.

You’ll collaborate with Brand Management and School Development to translate brand strategy into practical tools, events, and content that drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred.
• 5-7 years mixed marketing experience in advertising, PR, online, and social.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while delivering service excellence.
• Hands-on and strategic in equal measure - you’re as comfortable building a one-pager as you are presenting a content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and sales enablement for franchise growth and development efforts.
• Build messaging, materials, tools, events, and content to move prospective Franchise Owners from curious to committed.
• Own the tools that equip franchise sales and real estate teams to convert prospects into signed Franchise Owners.
• Translate business goals into compelling creative, owning events, and using data to improve outcomes.
• Partner with Brand Management and School Development to translate strategy into high-impact marketing tools.
• Develop and manage the school development marketing budget and relationships with agencies and partners.
