Sazerac Company in Antioch, CA is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive growth for our spirits brands in assigned accounts. You will craft growth solutions, lead distributors, and execute programs to boost distribution and in-store presence.

The role requires 1 year of field sales experience in alcohol/CPG or internships, a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in professional field sales in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries; internships or sales roles for grads.
• Results: Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and promo goals.
• Technical Savvy: Use of sales data analytics tools to drive results.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsabilités

• Craft growth solutions for assigned accounts to boost brand share.
• Build brands using consumer/category trends and educate customers.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing and account execution.
• Help achieve volume objectives for core brands in portfolio.
• Design and execute programs for distribution, merchandising and promos.
• Develop mutually valuable rapport with customers through understanding their needs.
• Coordinate with wholesalers and internal teams to monitor KPIs.
