Job summary

Sazerac seeks a Market Development Representative (Off Premise) to partner with grocery, convenience, and liquor stores in the territory to grow volume and distribution for our brands. You will implement accounts plans, educate customers on trends, and drive in-store execution across the portfolio.

Your role emphasizes collaboration with distributors, strategic programs, and KPI monitoring to hit volume objectives while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Able to work non-traditional hours including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Craft solutions to grow assigned accounts and boost brand share.
• Build and educate customers using consumer and category trends.
• Lead in-store selling, marketing, and account execution with distributors.
• Support volume objectives and strategic promotional programs.
• Develop rapport with customers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with wholesalers and customers; monitor KPIs.
