Packsize International in Stockton, CA is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities. You’ll analyze mechanical issues, read technical drawings, and deliver hands-on training on product capabilities and maintenance.

You’ll work with R&D, Software and Quality teams, perform start-up testing, troubleshoot on-site, and ensure safety standards while providing exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and work at customer facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and perform tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Install and test Packsize solutions and train users.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers and Packsize teams.
