Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure, and maintain equipment on customer sites in China Grove, NC. You will start up systems, train customers, and build trustful relationships while ensuring safety and high service levels.

The role requires handling routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Software, and Quality teams to improve machine performance. A strong independent work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and documentation.
• Basic proficiency with Windows platforms and common office tools.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling tasks at customer job sites.
• Troubleshooting issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Working cross-functionally with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Performing routine maintenance and emergency services as needed.
• Analyzing customer KPIs to identify machine performance issues and drive maintenance.
• Installation of Packsize solutions and training customers to use and maintain them.
• Preparing detailed technical reports and communicating findings clearly.
